Emergency closure policy
There may be times when Pyrford Preschool is unable to open due to conditions beyond our control and involving situations which would potentially put the children and staff at risk.
Some examples of these situations are as follows:-
• Flooding
• Electricity failure
• Fire damage
• Vandalism
• Extreme weather conditions
• Contagious illness
• Government closure
As the reason for the emergency closure would be beyond our control, payment in full would still be applicable and no refunds would apply.
In the even of extreme weather conditions or other concerns about the Preschool opening, please contact Jen.
We will also make every effort to update our website www.pyrfordplaygroup.co.uk as appropriate and send out a group email, whatsapp message and update our Famly newsfeed.
